Hookstrip soft screen

Hookstrip soft screens are used in the early shale shakers. The screen panel is stuck with two stainless steel layers together. These products have low prices and are used conveniently. We can supply the screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 80.
Feature of hookstrip soft screen
Ⅰ. Hookstrip soft screen is mounted on suitable shaked by hook stripe. Because it has no metal backing plate, it has more effective surface.
Ⅱ.The wire of the bottom layer is much coarse . So the bottom layer can supply sieving action and at the same time, it can act as the support plate to ensure useful life.

Pyramid screen

Pyramid screens are the replacement products of flat screens. The effective area is 125% to 150% of flat screens. Without changing the construction of shakers, the using of the pyramid screens can improve the quality of drilling fluid and increase the production. We can supply pyramid screens with mesh sizes ranging from 60 to 250.

Ⅱ.The waved cloth bonded to metal backing plate, has more surface . The effective area of a pyramid screen obtain 125%to 150% of a flat screen so that pyramid screen can load more drilling fluid flow.

Steel frame screen

Steel frame screens are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. The screen frames adopt that high-strength square steel tube welded to multi-ribbed construction. They are sturdy and reliable. These screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessory rubber plugs may be used to repair rips or tears. By doing this, we can cut down time and reduce the production costs. We can supply steel frame screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 250.
